Questions & Guidance

Everything you need to begin with clarity and confidence.

We are a Pilates-only studio rooted in intentional movement. Our schedule is organized into six distinct levels of practice, designed to meet you exactly where you are today:

  • Recover (Level 0): Gentle reconnection through breath-led movement.
  • Reform (Level 1): A steady, foundational practice for every body.
  • Restore (Level 1.5): Regulation and release for the nervous system.
  • Return (Level 1.5): Foundational movement with precision and control.
  • Reignite (Level 2): Building stamina through mindful challenge.
  • Rhythm (Level 3): Advanced flow where movement becomes meditation.

Yes. We believe mastery begins with mindfulness, not intensity.

If you are new to the studio or returning to movement, we recommend starting with Recover (Level 0), Reform (Level 1), Restore (Level 1.5), or Return (Level 1.5). These classes emphasize stability, control, and alignment, helping you build trust in your body before adding complexity.

Your safety is our priority.

If you are returning to movement after a past injury and have been cleared for exercise by your healthcare provider, we recommend beginning with Recover (Level 0). This class is designed to rebuild trust in the body through slow, mindful movement.

Please inform your instructor of any past injuries or limitations before class so they can support you with appropriate modifications.

Our method is designed to be inclusive, but safety always comes first.

All of our classes are prenatal and postnatal friendly, with supportive modifications available throughout your practice.

Please consult your physician before beginning a new movement practice. Once cleared, let your instructor know so they can provide appropriate modifications during class.

Please bring a water bottle and a small towel.

Grip socks are required for all Reformer classes to support safety and hygiene. If you don’t have a pair, they are available for purchase at the studio.

Classes can be booked through the Momence App or online.

We recommend booking in advance. If a class is full, the waitlist moves and spots often become available.

To support fairness for both our community and instructors, we ask for the following notice:

  • Group Classes: Please cancel at least 5 hours before class to retain your credit.
  • Private Sessions: Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

We understand that life shifts.

  • Holds: Whether you're traveling, recovering, or navigating schedule changes, memberships can be placed on hold. Contact us directly and we’ll help arrange it.
  • Cancellations: Memberships renew automatically and may be canceled with 28 days’ written notice. If you are within your first 28 days, you may cancel without penalty. After this period, standard terms apply.
