Can you pause your membership?

What is your cancellation policy?

Classes:

A charge of $35 will be applied to your account if you fail to cancel outside of the required 5-hour window. This charge will also apply if you fail to attend (no show) the class you registered for. This charge applies to all memberships, appointments and packages. For class pack holders, the class will automatically be deducted from your account.

Late cancellation or no-show fees will be processed within 24 hours from the class time.

If you’re on the waitlist and are unable to attend class, you must remove yourself from the waitlist (outside of the 5-hour window) to avoid the $35 late cancellation fee. This will allow other members to move from the waitlist into class.

To cancel your reservation or appointment, you will need to log in to Momence, our studio booking app.

Memberships:

If you wish to cancel your membership before your contract reaches full term, you will be charged a $99 cancellation fee.

We understand that life happens. Exceptions will be made for injuries, illness, and inclement weather. Please follow our social media channels to stay up to date on class changes and cancellations. You will receive an email/SMS message if your class or appointment is changed or cancelled. This information will also be posted on our social media accounts.

If you have any questions, please email us at hello@kohrmethod.ca.

What are reformers and who are they good for?

Reformers are specialized Pilates apparatus designed to enhance your workout by providing resistance and support. They are great for improving strength, flexibility, and posture. Reformer classes are offered at various levels and can be tailored to your fitness level to help you achieve your goals.

What should I bring to class?

For most classes, you’ll need a water bottle, a towel, and comfortable workout attire.

Our Reformer and Bounce classes require grip socks. We offer grip socks for purchase at the studio if you do not already have your own.

Can I attend classes if I’m pregnant or postpartum?

We love supporting our mommas! We offer KohrBump and Mom + Baby classes for our new and expecting moms.

KohrBump is developed by Emily Seaman, a Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and Bree Bates, a Physiotherapist working in Pelvic Health and Orthopedics, and is designed to help people prepare for labour, delivery, and the postnatal period. This program is run on a semi-annual basis, make sure you are subscribed to our emails to stay up to date in the next session!

Mom + Baby classes are held on Wednesdays and Fridays and give mommas a chance to get out of the house, connect with other moms, and get their sweat on. We have staff members (aka “baby bouncers”) on standby to help keep babies entertained so that you can focus on your workout as much as possible.
