Our goal is to help you transform how you move and nourish yourself to improve your quality of life, feel confident, and prevent injury.
Pilates
We teach the original method created by Joseph Pilates. This method focuses on postural alignment, physical awareness, and proper breathing to cultivate a mind-body connection. kohrPILATES will help increase strength, coordination, and balance. With discipline, consistency, and time you will become stronger, flexible, focused, and resilient.
Barre
Fall in love with this unique, high-energy, ballet-inspired class designed for all fitness levels (no dance experience needed). This full-body workout uses the ballet barre, dumbbells, bands, and pilates ball to strengthen and tone your body from head to toe. (Grip socks required).
Bounce
Bounce is a unique full-body workout that will instantly put a smile on your face. You can expect a series of cardio combinations paired with upper body, lower body, and core strength training intervals. This class will leave you feeling energized and motivated to conquer the day. (Grip socks required)
Strength
LIFT (Low-Impact Functional Training)
This is the perfect class to learn the foundational movements of strength training (squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull and carry). Build strength and power through controlled movement patterns that will help you move pain free and perform day-to day activities with more ease.
Sculpt (Circuit Training)
This class is designed to elevate your heart rate and make you sweat. We do this by alternating between aerobic and strength training intervals with minimal rest periods in between. This low-impact but high intensity workout targets different muscle groups using a variety of props. Sculpt helps you build strength and endurance while challenging your cardiovascular system.
Tempo (Train To The Beat)
Set to an upbeat playlist, this fun and dynamic workout will keep your body guessing as we play with different tempos to create time under tension. Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to advance your skills, this full body workout will help you move with control, expose positional weaknesses and improve your functional strength. Developed by Emily Seaman, Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and Bree Bates, Physiotherapist working in Pelvic Health and Orthopedics, our prenatal course is designed to help people prepare for labor, delivery, and the postnatal period. Learn more about the 8-week program HERE.
Mom & Baby
Developed by Emily Seaman, Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, Dawn Monk, Strength Instructor, and in collaboration with Bree Bates, Physiotherapist working in Pelvic Health and Orthopedics. Yoga
Restorative
Restorative yoga seeks to allow the body to enter into a state of rest and relaxation. It activates the parasympathetic nervous system through slow, controlled movements and longer poses - all performed on the floor. This class is designed to create a harmonious mind body connection and is considered to be a therapeutic style of yoga.
Half & Half
This hybrid class consists of 30-minutes of poses that are designed to energize and strengthen the body through continuous flow. The last 30-minutes are performed on the floor. You can expect a series of poses that are held for a longer duration to promote physical, emotional and mental relaxation.
Flow
This class synchronizes breathe and movement through a continuous flow of poses that will leave you feeling energized. The focus is to strengthen, lengthen and stretch the body. It’s benefits include increased flexibility, balance and strength, and the release of chronic tension.
