How We Move
Each class, a rhythm. Each Reformer, a return.
RECOVER
A gentle, Pilates-led reformer class that rebuilds trust in the body through slow, mindful movement. Each class focuses on stability, mobility, and awareness, helping you move forward with confidence and ease. Perfect if you’re a beginner, recently cleared to exercise, recovering from injury, or pre/post-natal.
Pre-requisite
Must be cleared for exercise by a doctor.
RESTORE
Create space for the nervous system to exhale — cultivating the quiet strength of stillness through breath, length, and release. Each class offers calm pacing and reflection, allowing you to soften, reconnect, and return to balance. A blend of static and mobility-based movements on the reformer.

Suitable for all movers.
REFORM
Our signature (and most popular) all-levels Pilates class. Expect a consistent, intentional practice that builds strength through awareness and presence. You’ll find challenge through stability and control.

REIGNITE
Where energy meets awareness — building stamina through mindful burn, where the body leads and the mind observes. Expect standing, kneeling, and single-limb challenges that refine movement quality and awaken inner strength.

Minimum requirement of 30 classes taken in the last 4 months — should know the following exercise series by name: footwork, arm straps, leg straps, front rowing, long box, short box, stomach message, knee stretch, and bridge.
RHYTHM
Where everything connects — body, breath, and collective energy — transforming awareness into artistry. Movement becomes meditation as transitions, tempo, and flow merge into one unified experience of presence.
Pre-requisite
Minimum requirement of 60 classes taken in the last 5 months — should know the following exercise series by name: coordination, back rowing or side kneeling armwork, pull straps, teaser, tree, plank, elephant, thigh stretch, and standing series — instructor approval required before class is bookable.

All memberships are billed at the listed rate plus applicable HST and credit card processing fees. There are no contract memberships. They also include one-time $99 termination fee — applies only if you choose to end after your first 28-day period.
